Refund policy

Clear information about one-time event purchases and getting help when something goes wrong.

1. Purchases covered

This policy covers one-time GetGatherQR Full event purchases made through Polar when live checkout is enabled. The free trial does not charge you automatically. Sandbox test transactions do not collect real money.

2. Requesting a refund

Contact support@getgatherqr.com or use the transaction-support details in your Polar receipt. Include the purchase email, transaction reference if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.

Please submit discretionary refund requests within 14 days of the transaction. Requests are reviewed individually under Polar’s buyer terms and applicable law; submitting a request does not by itself guarantee approval. This period does not limit any longer or stronger rights provided by applicable law.

3. Consumer rights and technical problems

Mandatory withdrawal, cancellation and refund rights in your country remain available. Nothing in this policy removes rights for a service that is defective, not as described or not provided. Please contact us about persistent technical problems so we can investigate, restore the purchased features or help arrange the remedy you are entitled to. Polar’s buyer terms govern its processing of the transaction.

4. Processing and access

Approved refunds are processed by Polar, generally to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times can vary; Polar will confirm the outcome and applicable timing. Refunded paid access may end. Download any content you are entitled to retain before requesting closure; a refund is not a backup or an extension of storage.

5. No recurring subscription

GetGatherQR currently offers one-time payment per event. There is no subscription renewal to cancel. Deleting an album does not automatically request a refund; use the support process above.
